Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and how to exercise them with APEXIUM MARKETING LLC ("Apexium", "we", "us").

We do not sell or share your personal information

Apexium does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we have no plans to do so.

We use the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy solely to operate the service at your direction. Disclosing personal information to a service provider that processes it on our behalf — under a contract that prohibits the provider from using it for its own purposes — is not a "sale" or "share" under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not exchange your personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not provide it to third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

Your CCPA/CPRA rights

California residents have the right to:

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share, but you may still submit a request to confirm and record your preference).
• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Access and delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

How to submit a request

To exercise any of the rights above — including a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — email us at privacy@apexium.team with the subject line "Do Not Sell/Share Request".

Please include enough information for us to locate and verify your account (for example, the email address associated with your Apexium workspace). We will respond within the time limits required by law (generally 45 days, extendable once when reasonably necessary). You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent to provide proof of authorization.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no separate opt-out toggle to set — emailing the address above is the working opt-out and request channel, and we will record your preference.
